This is in a must see condition to appreciate the years of use, care and storage. This unit has always been wall mounted in the reloading room of our family throughout the years. The shot and power tubes are not broken! The instructions are complete with some loose pages and tears.

All the levers work smoothly and as designed. This reloading tool was in working condition the day I received it, however, I have never used this Herter's shotshell reloading tool and my knowledge is limited to what the instructions describe.
