Delphi Crimping Tool Made by Packard Elec. Nose is labelled: 22-20.8 - 1.0 I believe it is used for core and insulated terminals on 150GT Metri-Pack.

Overall this tool looks to be in very good used condition. There are some signs of use throughout in finish, however, mostly just lighter without any major issues to note.

There is marker on the handles saying "GT150 Delphi" on both sides. Some signs of use on the crimping teeth, but I did not notice any other performance issues or problems.
