An early iron and brass pie crimper. Shaft looks to be forged iron and the wheel is brass with a wooden handle.
In overall good used condition, handle is solid. No makers or touch marks that I could see. Measures about 8" long overall, wheel is about 1-1/2". We currently have a nice collection of antique pie crimpers of all types.
