1866 antique GENEVA HAND FLUTER TOOL cast IRON COLLAR CRIMPER PAPER ART CRAFT. To view or search ANTIQUE. Comes complete with both pieces. Bottom base has fluted top and the bottom of it says HEAT THIS PAT'D 1866. The bottom plate was heated over the fire/stove.

Top has handle and its fluted edge is curved to roll across bottom piece. Says GENEVA HAND FLUTER on it.

Used for "crimping" collars and cuffs. Top fluter with handle has crack that does not seem to go all the way through in middle of it. Tried to show in photos. Top: 4 x 4 x 3" , bottom: 5 3/4 x 3 1/2 x 3/4". Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution.
